Divortium, a company specializing in legal services and asset-related proceedings, was seeking a way to streamline and automate the analysis of banking data in court cases. The previous approach—manually reviewing hundreds of pages of bank statements—was time-consuming, costly, and prone to error. This challenge was taken on by the team at VSoft SA. Our goal was to develop a solution that would:
- Automate the analysis of transactional data
- Enable rapid report generation for individual users and law firms
- Ensure complete data security
- Be fully accessible online through a cloud-based model
Under the leadership of Jakub Rabong, the team designed and implemented the WAD.TB system—a cloud-based tool hosted on Microsoft Azure. The system allows for automatic retrieval of banking data, multithreaded analysis using geolocation, anomaly detection, manipulation identification, and the generation of clear, court-ready reports.
In addition, VSoft developed a dedicated website for Divortium, as well as an integrated payment and automated client billing system.
Results
- Data analysis time reduced from several days to just a few minutes
- GDPR compliance and secure data processing through advanced authorization and retention mechanisms
- System availability for thousands of users across Poland
- Scalability – supports simultaneous use by multiple users
- Positive feedback from legal professionals who tested the beta version
Success Factors
- Interdisciplinary collaboration – blending technological and legal expertise
- Use of the latest cloud technologies
- Deep understanding of the end user’s needs
- Strong engagement from Divortium’s management and a collaborative partnership with VSoft SA
The WAD.TB project demonstrates how the synergy of technological and legal competencies can create a tool that truly transforms the way law firms and individuals involved in asset-related proceedings work. Process automation, drastically reduced analysis time, and online availability are not just time-savers—they represent a new standard in data analysis for the LegalTech sector.
