We are currently extending the VSoft Court Portal Connector (VCPC) to support the Electronic Submission Office, a feature of the Portal that enables bulk document submissions. The solution is designed for law firms and institutions handling large volumes of cases that want to automate their document submission processes.
Electronic Submission Office is intended for law firms and institutions that regularly submit large numbers of documents. With the connector, an entire batch of documents can be submitted at once, eliminating the need to fill out multiple forms and attach files manually.
One Batch Instead of Multiple Manual Operations
Preparing and submitting large numbers of documents involves repetitive tasks, including filling out forms, attaching files, and tracking individual submissions. The VCPC connector enables bulk document submissions, allowing an entire batch of documents to be submitted as part of a single process, without having to handle each submission manually.
How Does It Work?
The legal representative, or the case management or debt collection system they use, prepares documents in PDF format along with their attachments. The documents are then electronically signed using a trusted profile or a qualified electronic signature.
The files associated with each submission are packaged into a separate ZIP archive, while a CSV file serves as a manifest, mapping each archive to the relevant case.
VCPC validates the prepared packages, logs in to the Portal using the legal representative’s account, uploads the documents and signatures, and then registers the submissions in the Portal.
What Are the Benefits for Users?
Extending the VCPC connector to support Electronic Submission Office helps streamline everyday work involving large volumes of documents. The key benefits include:
- Time savings – fewer repetitive manual tasks.
- Reduced risk of errors – automated package validation helps reduce the risk of submissions being rejected due to formal deficiencies.
- Clear submission history – easier tracking of completed operations.
- Scalability – the ability to process larger volumes of documents within a single workflow.
- A streamlined workflow – more efficient submissions without having to handle each case individually.
The new VCPC functionality supports the automation of electronic document submission processes, helping law firms and institutions handle large volumes of cases more efficiently.
