Intensive conference period for VSoft experts in the field of debt collection

This month, our debt collection experts participate in numerous conferences and training courses, gaining new knowledge and sharing their experiences with the industry. As leaders in creating innovative technological solutions for the debt collection sector, we commit to constantly tracking needs and staying ahead of trends. We present the schedule of March events in which we will take an active part:

13.03 – Conference “Debt collection and management of receivables: law and technology 2024″

VSoft will be represented at the conference by Mirosław Wnuk, director of debt collection development. The main topic of the meeting will be law and technology. We want our products to be adapted to the legal changes that are currently taking place in debt collection, hence our presence is mandatory. The agenda presented issues such as:

  • the impact of Polish law and reality on debtors avoiding liability,
  • modern skip tracing and cyber tracking techniques,
  • “skarga paulińska” in the context of debt collection for debtors hiding assets,
  • use of advanced language models in debt collection,
  • counteracting payment backlogs.

 

19.03 – Conference “Challenges of anti-fraud departments”

Our architect of business solutions in this field – Wacław Majka – cannot be missing at the conference devoted to anti-fraud activities. VSoft connectors provide comprehensive integration with many information sources, which allows you to significantly reduce the occurrence of fraud. The conference will discuss numerous issues in this area, including:

  • investment scams and strategies to protect clients against self-deception,
  • case study on loss of financial liquidity, inability to execute orders and intention to cheat,
  • the role of criminal proceedings in minimizing financial losses of institutions as a result of fraud,
  • prospects of investigative audit in conducting explanatory proceedings, new challenges and threats.

 

21.03 – “Customer Experience (CX) in the Debt Collection Industry” event

Agata Zapała and Monika Bałos will take part in an event devoted to customer experience in the debt collection industry. During this event, they will learn more about designing debt collection solutions in line with customer expectations.
