“The debt collection market is entering another phase of transformation. The growing scale of debt, evolving regulatory requirements and increasingly informed consumers mean that effective debt collection can no longer rely solely on persistence in recovering outstanding receivables. Technology, data analytics, process automation and the ability to build strong customer relationships are becoming increasingly important. (…) At the same time, the role of managers is evolving. Today, they need to combine business, technology and leadership expertise. Their decisions play a key role in determining which organizations can turn change into a competitive advantage.” – Home&Market
