Digital, Relational, and Future-Ready Leasing – VSoft at e-Leasing Day 7.0

Two intense days of discussions, networking, and presentations are behind us at e-Leasing Day 7.0 – an event that is increasingly shaping the future of the leasing industry in Poland. This year’s edition, combined with the Digital Vendor Day conference, took place on May 8–9 in Józefów, focusing on what matters most to the industry: digitalization, customer experience, and the future of leasing.

As an event partner and provider of technology solutions for the sector, we were present not only in the networking zone but also on stage – sharing insights and real-life examples of how technology supports sales and insurance services.

On the first day, Anna Kurek-Płaneta discussed how insurance policies can be approached as a source of real business value in her presentation “From Necessity to Benefit: Unlocking Hidden Profit in Policies.” On the second day, during Digital Vendor Day, Paweł Wroniewicz and Grzegorz Skulimowski showcased practical ways to build a competitive edge by integrating insurance into leasing offers in their talk “Leasing and Insurance in VIP Style – Long-Term Gains for Your Business.”

One of the key highlights of the event was the Leasing of the Future 2040 project, which presented fresh data on evolving customer expectations and the digitalization of processes. According to the study, customers still rate leasing services highly – the NPS score remains close to 60 – but their expectations are growing. On one hand, they appreciate the convenience of digital tools like remote application submission (valued by 59.7% of respondents), while on the other, they still seek expert support from advisors (cited by 53%). The industry now faces the challenge of balancing automation with meaningful client relationships – and this is where technology can play a vital role.
