VSoft Becomes General Partner of the 22nd Real Estate Financing Congress

We are pleased to announce that VSoft has become the General Partner of the 22nd Real Estate Financing Congress, which will take place on 22–23 October 2026 in Warsaw. The event is organized by the Real Estate Financing Committee and the AMRON Centre, both operating within the Polish Bank Association.

For many years, the Congress has been one of the most important events for Poland’s real estate financing sector. Each year, it brings together more than 300 representatives of commercial and cooperative banks, property valuers, developers, and market experts. This year’s agenda will cover topics including:

  • changes to the reference rate,
  • the use of BIK data in creditworthiness assessments and a new approach to the WFD ratio,
  • prudent property value,
  • housing finance provided by cooperative banks,
  • mortgage refinancing.

Why are we taking part in the Congress?

Two areas connect us closely with the real estate financing market: data and processes.

First, we are responsible for the development and maintenance of the AMRON system, which operates within the Polish Bank Association. AMRON is a nationwide database containing information on real estate transactions and property valuations, used by banks to assess collateral and analyze the property market. This means that topics on this year’s Congress agenda—such as prudent property value and the role of reliable market data—are familiar to us not only from industry discussions, but also from the perspective of the system that collects and provides this data.

Second, for 30 years, we have supported commercial and cooperative banks in automating their lending processes. We cover the entire process—from calculations and creditworthiness assessments, integration with BIK and other databases, through credit decisions, agreements, and disbursement of funds, to ongoing monitoring of customers and collateral. Every change discussed at the Congress ultimately needs to be reflected in these processes.

Meet us at the Congress

VSoft will be represented by Łukasz Kawulok, Vice President of the Management Board, and Anna Kurek-Płaneta, Development Director. They will be happy to discuss how real estate market data can effectively support lending decisions, as well as how banks can shorten the time between a regulatory change and its implementation in the lending process.
