On October 21, the final gala of the 4th edition of the MCSC Hospital Leadership Innovation competition took place in Warsaw – an event that has firmly established itself as one of the most important initiatives promoting modern technologies in healthcare.
The gala brought together representatives from the medical community, public administration, and the technology sector, demonstrating that collaboration between these areas directly contributes to improving the quality of healthcare in Poland.
Among the guests were Dr. Tomasz Maciejewski, Deputy Minister of Health and initiator of the competition; Dariusz Standerski, PhD, Deputy Minister of Digital Affairs; and Dr. Alicja Karney, Director of the Institute of Mother and Child.
In their speeches, they emphasized the importance of cross-sector cooperation and the role of technology in building a modern and more accessible healthcare system.
During the gala, we had the honor of presenting the award to this year’s competition winner – the Promedheus team, creators of an innovative, adaptive system for scheduling and managing hospital operations, enhanced with artificial intelligence components.
As part of the prize, VSoft granted the winners access to the low-code platform VSoft archITekt along with a dedicated workshop, designed to support the team in further developing and commercializing their solution.
The award was presented by Michał Jurkowski and Milena Kamińska from VSoft.
“The opportunity to support projects that connect technology with the real needs of medicine is of great value to us. We are pleased to honor a team whose work has a tangible impact on improving the quality of patient care,” said Michał Jurkowski, Vice President of VSoft S.A.
This year’s MCSC gala was not only a summary of the competition but also a platform for sharing knowledge and inspiration.
We are grateful for the insightful discussions, wealth of knowledge, and the opportunity to be part of such an innovative community, united by the goal of building the medicine of the future.
