We’ve just returned from an intense and rewarding experience at Product Pro Summit 2025 – an event that goes far beyond the format of a traditional conference. It’s all about networking, experience sharing, and a workshop-driven approach taking center stage. And it all happened in the inspiring company of professionals from top companies like Atlassian, Allegro, InPost, XTB, Zen, Benefit Systems, and many others. VSoft was proudly represented by Alicja Skowronek-Dzierwa and Marcin Brześciański.
Alicja:
“What stuck with me the most was the mastermind session led by Krzysztof Niewiński – the topic of systems thinking, strategic conversations, and the story of the quick-fix ‘Cat Drop’ operation by the WHO in Borneo was truly brilliant!
The only downside? Sessions ran in parallel – I had to choose between several truly valuable topics.
Another standout was the Shape Up workshop by Dawid Szkielka – short, to the point, and packed with practical exercises, like designing a dinner for your in-laws or developing a new Spotify feature. Great energy, a hands-on approach, and a fantastic atmosphere – though once again, there just wasn’t enough time.
During the talks, I sometimes missed a deeper dive into the product topics – just as discussions were heating up, diving into the juicy details, suddenly… new room, new topic, new flow. Very TikTok-style.
Still, I came back with a head full of insights and reflections – on the challenges other companies face (where we actually hold a significant edge) and lots of new ideas!”
Marcin:
“Overall, the organization was top-notch, the atmosphere was great, and the people were incredibly open – conversations with attendees from different industries were truly inspiring.
If I had to point out one thing that was missing, it would be more concrete case studies. The mastermind sessions were full of valuable insights, but since they were happening at the same time, I regret not being able to attend more than one.
Throughout the conference, topics like Product Discovery, effective leadership, and of course, AI and its impact on our work, kept popping up.
A real highlight was the Saturday workshop on product transformation led by Michał Reda – full of real-life implementation examples that gave us plenty to think about.
It reinforced my belief that our direction – building our own products, especially in the corporate sector – makes perfect sense. Clients regularly share specific needs and ideas with us, and we’re able to turn them into real market value. This workshop just confirmed that we should invest even more in this path.”
