VSoft Insurance Platform supports the daily work associated with customer service from the analysis of needs, through individual assessment, tailoring the best offer, to signing the contract.

The application of VSoft Insurance Platform in a leasing company
Integration with leasing and support systems
Integration with the leasing system and supporting systems within the VSoft Insurance Platform enables the execution of the entire sales process from an external system, such as a leasing system.
A user utilizing the leasing system can, at the appropriate stage of the leasing agreement process, take advantage of VIP platform functionalities, such as offer calculations, adjustment of insurance coverage, granting discounts, or policy issuance.
In more complex situations that require individual risk assessment, users have the option to delegate policy issuance to VIP System users. The degree of integration is customized during the system implementation stage and depends on business conditions. Additionally, a prepared set of methods allows for retrieving data from VIP and feeding it into relevant systems and databases, facilitating a coherent data flow within the organization.
Comprehensive handling of insurance products for leased items.
The architecture of the solution allows for flexible configuration of the offer, which can be supplemented at any time with various additional products, such as GAP, Assistance or Legal Protection.
The platform also offers significant support in the form of a mass policy renewal module. It monitors the policy database and automatically prepares insurance continuation proposals with its appropriate scope for those items whose insurance coverage ends.
Thanks to configurable, cyclical actions, offers can be prepared in advance, thanks to which the continuity of insurance of the leased object is always maintained.
Tariffs and insurance products in a leasing channel
Our product guarantees full service in the sale of motor and property insurance of leading Insurance Companies in the leasing channel. The preparation of a comprehensive insurance offer in this channel most often involves the up-selling of complementary products, such as GAP or Assistance. Products of this type can be optionally offered together with primary insurance, either directly on the VSoft Insurance Platform or from within the leasing system.
The solution provides support for both dynamic tariffs offered by Insurance companies in the form of web services, as well as flat (offline) tariffs modelled directly in the VIP system.
Automation in the settlement of commissions with Insurance Companies
Automation of the settlement process reduces handling costs and eliminates the occurrence of errors and significantly reduces operational risks.
VSoft Insurance Platform automatically generates settlements of premiums and commissions, based on predefined parameters and schedules. Settlement applies to the entire sales network, with individual commission rates for each agent, and cyclical statement generation ensures that every instalment, refund or surcharge is accounted for.
The system also handles processes based on loading commission files submitted by individual Insurance Companies.
The module allows easy settlement of policies issued in the sales network, and also generates automatic information for agents about the expected amount of commission.
