We have frequently cooperated with VSoft on credit workflow projects. Their professional approach guarantees not only a smooth implementation, but also the security of the processed data. Furthermore, VSoft is a technology partner of many renowned institutions, such as BIK or Kontomatik. Therefore, for us, the selection of VSoft as a supplier of connectors for communication with external databases was obvious.

Reliable technological cooperation – how VSoft and Kasa Stefczyka create modern banking

Kasa Stefczyka has been using VSoft services for many years. During the course of our cooperation, we have undertaken the ambitious challenge of developing and implementing a credit system (project: SMOK) and expanding it a few years later.

The solution enables Kasa Stefczyka staff to effectively support the process of selling credit products, using customer information from the central system and automatically assessing data from, for instance, the BIK report and internal liabilities. In 2020, the system was significantly extended with new functionalities, allowing for complete automation of the credit path.

Moreover, we have implemented a number of connectors at Kasa Stefczyka, like BIG ERIF, BIK PAF KI and Kontomatik Connector. Thanks to these, the customer obtains key information on borrowers quickly and smoothly.
