International Sales Manager

Workplace: Kraków

What you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers as well as business partners and building positive and long-term relationships with them,
  • Conducting presentation of solutions,
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions of cooperation and signing contracts,
  • Reporting sales activities and results according to internal standards.


You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in international environment,
  • The genuine interest in the IT and software development sector,
  • Experience in expansion of sales to foreign markets,
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal (knowledge of other languages - German, French, Italian, Spanish - will be an asset),
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking,
  • Strong focus on goals, dynamics, self-motivation, confidence and stress resistance,
  • Flexibility and desire to learn.
