From November 5 VSoft Mobile Workforce users can benefit from many interesting additions that appeared in the Q3 2020 release. One of the most important is improved communication with customers via a portal gathering feedback on the held field visits. Integration with an SMS gateway enables sending SMS (optional email) to customers, with a link to a dedicated page where they can read the report, accept it and express their opinions.

There are facilities in the context of API access, login to the administration panel and activation of the mobile application.

In addition, we have launched new rules of automated tasks assignment by tags and expanded the process of handling tasks rejected by an employee.

Dashboard personalisation will allow users to customise the home page of the application to their needs.

Team managers will appreciate the VMW system notifications informing about the most important events.
